Develop and support OS and software deployment processes using SCCM, perform analysis on ticket trends, create training and documentation, lead process improvements, and collaborate with IT leadership on implementation and testing to meet business needs.

Lead PM/Functional lead for Ariba Sourcing & Contracts deployment: design and support complex Ariba Contracts workspace, implement web services (WS) contract integrations, align master data with ERP, provide onsite requirements and design facilitation, and drive customer decisions throughout the engagement.
