Lead full-cycle HR and payroll for corporate and field teams: recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, benefits administration, compliance (multi-state, I-9/E-Verify), employee relations, wage garnishments, and HR systems implementation and improvement.

Perform full-cycle accounting duties including month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, fixed asset and lease (ASC 842) accounting, payroll accounting (ADP to Sage Intacct), revenue recognition and job costing, AP accruals, financial reporting and lender packs, sales/use tax support (Avalara), and process/system improvements to optimize Sage Intacct and internal controls.
