Lead end-to-end Ab Initio BI/ETL implementations: architecture, design, data modeling, development, data profiling and data quality (ACE/BRE/ExpressIt). Must know SQL/databases, sourcing from disparate systems, deployment methodologies, SDLC, and work in global delivery and banking domain.

Implement and manage ITIL v3-based IT Service Management processes and tools (ServiceNow/Remedy), drive CSI projects, manage assets/configuration, apply ITSM best practices, metrics and project management, and support consulting engagements that require travel.

Provide SAP Basis administration and business process consulting: install, upgrade, copy systems, performance tune, manage TMS, apply patches, handle backups/restores. Participate in at least one end-to-end implementation or technical upgrade and contribute to process architecture and design.
