Design and build responsive single-page and mobile web applications using HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, jQuery, and Bootstrap. Translate requirements into system specs, provide production support and performance tuning, and interface with clients while working in a global delivery environment within the communications domain.

Develop and maintain Java/J2EE backend applications and REST APIs using Spring, Jersey, Hibernate and Tomcat. Implement OAuth2/API authentication, API documentation (Swagger/RAML), unit testing and code review. Design multithreaded, scalable, secure, high-performance distributed systems and translate business requirements into technical solutions within a global delivery environment.

Design, develop, and deploy Java/J2EE web applications and microservices (SOAP/REST). Implement CI/CD, performance tuning, JDBC/Hibernate data access, and deploy to Tomcat/WebLogic. Lead architecture, assessments, mentoring, and internal consulting; support US Cable MSO systems and travel for client engagements.

Develop and implement .NET web services and SOA solutions using WCF, REST/SOAP and IBM MQ. Translate functional/non-functional requirements into system requirements, work with C#, SQL/DB2 and PL/SQL to deliver production services.

Manage and maintain IBM Datastage servers and ETL pipelines, perform DevOps tasks (SVN, uBuild, uDeploy), scripting and UNIX administration, Autosys upgrades, performance tuning, code retrofits and sandbox certification, and collaborate with stakeholders, BAs, architects and DBAs in a global delivery environment.
