- At least 4 years of experience in in Web Services, SOA, IBM MQ
- At least 4 years of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements.
- At least 4 years of implementation experience in .Net Web Services technologies such as WCF / .NET 2.0 Web Services
- At least 2 years of experience in Web Services approach (REST & SOAP) of implementing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), IBM MQ, C#, SQL/DB2.
- At least 2 years of experience in PL/SQL.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology

Skills Required
