Partner with GM and executive team to drive engagement, training, recognition programs, and compliance with labor laws. Manage employee relations, investigations, and training budgets while measuring engagement and retention to continuously improve the team member experience.

Lead global communications strategy to strengthen brand awareness and reputation for a luxury hospitality portfolio. Oversee PR agencies, media and influencer relations, brand campaigns, partnerships, events, crisis and internal communications. Partner with senior leaders and property teams to ensure consistent storytelling, drive commercial impact, and support talent and employer branding. Travel to properties and headquarters as needed.

Oversee day-to-day Talent & Culture operations, supervise HR staff, advise managers on employee relations, administer benefits and compliance, support talent acquisition, learning and development, DEI, and team engagement initiatives for a luxury resort.
