Manage day-to-day operations of a transitional housing site serving people experiencing homelessness. Supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, oversee facilities, admissions and discharges, coordinate services (nursing, case management, caregiving, food, transportation, housing navigation), troubleshoot operational issues, assist with data reporting, and work to secure permanent housing for clients.

Partner with the CEO to coordinate executive priorities, lead cross-functional projects, oversee administrative and IT functions, support board governance, manage Executive Assistants, and build systems and processes to improve operational effectiveness across multisite Bay Area programs.
