Provide sales center account support by processing and tracking orders (e-commerce and direct), coordinating deliveries and jobsite logistics, preparing documentation (quotes, POs, SOR), and delivering customer service via phone, email, and text. Serve as liaison between sales team and customers for product availability, order status, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities include prospecting, 25+ weekly face-to-face meetings, pricing negotiations, CRM tracking, forecasting, customer support, product presentations, attending industry events, and collaborating with regional sales and vendor partners.

Lead regional sales efforts, manage and develop Territory Sales Managers, grow market share and dealer accounts, provide sales forecasts, resolve customer issues, and represent the company at events and trainings to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
