Senior SDET Developer responsible for building and testing RESTful services with strong C# and SQL Server expertise. Design, develop, maintain, and enhance APIs and application programs for EV charging networks. Interface with business and operations for requirements, deliver prototypes, implement solutions, and provide production support, testing, and documentation. Support deployments, SOX controls, and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams.

Lead change-management projects (ARP) for complex systems integration with a focus on BSS/billing. Establish project controls, governance, reporting, tolerances, and quality management. Apply deep project and quality management knowledge and telecom technology expertise to drive controlled progress and successful delivery.

Lead technical delivery for Oracle Financials R12 (GL, AR, AP), perform development and interface work (SQL/PLSQL, OAF, Forms, Reports), handle data conversion/cleansing, SDLC adherence, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
