Maintain and improve manufacturing standard costing and inventory valuation. Analyze cost variances, prepare cost estimates and management reports, support ERP costing (Syteline preferred), lead standard cost roll, perform reconciliations, fixed asset and lease accounting, support audits, budgeting, and cross-functional costing needs. Occasional travel under 10%.

Lead process optimization, root-cause analysis, and process scale-up for manufacturing. Drive cycle-time reduction, develop FMEAs/control plans, support equipment design/validation, and partner cross-functionally to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
