Sells vehicles and finance-related add-on products, arranges customer vehicle financing, reviews deal figures, completes finance delivery paperwork, and supports dealership revenue goals. The role requires customer negotiation, strong communication, administrative accuracy, knowledge of financial products and interest rates, and automotive finance experience.

Manage and train a pre-owned vehicle sales team, oversee inventory and appraisals, maintain a 60-day turn, drive sales metrics and follow-up, schedule staff, set goals, and support dealership operations to maximize profitability.

Sell and structure vehicle financing, present F&I products, desk and submit deals to lenders, make credit decisions, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, prepare paperwork, audit post-sale deals, and secure contract funding.

Provide administrative and paralegal support to the General Counsel for a multi-state automotive dealership group: manage corporate filings and records, assist with insurance claims, regulatory/compliance, manufacturer agreements, subpoenas, pre-litigation, draft contracts and correspondence, prepare documents for attorney review, conduct limited research, maintain filing systems, track deadlines, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
