Supports the Finance Department through project analysis, construction draw management, property insurance coordination, grant reimbursement administration, budgeting, financial software improvements, research, financial reporting, audit preparation, and account reconciliations. The role requires strong accounting knowledge, analytical and problem-solving abilities, numerical skills, multitasking, report preparation, and effective communication.

Provide administrative support to Assisted Housing staff including filing, mail processing, receptionist backup, assisting applicants in person and by phone, and preparing/tracking paperwork. Maintain on-site and off-site filing systems and perform routine office tasks like faxing, copying, and data entry.
