Manage compliance and advanced administrative functions for Section 8/HCV programs: conduct file audits, maintain PIC/EIV data, coordinate SEMAP, liaise with HUD and partners, train staff, perform HAP check runs, resolve portability billing, and act for the Assisted Housing Director when needed.

Perform financial analysis and project accounting for multiple housing projects. Manage monthly construction draws, insurance coverage, and grant reimbursements. Support budgeting, financial statement preparation, audit readiness, reconciliations, software improvements, and detailed financial reporting for the finance department.
