Seeking a Financial Analyst with 5-8 years' experience, a Bachelor's in Finance or Business, intermediate Excel skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Manage and maintain Linux environments, implement automation using Chef/Puppet, support cloud infrastructure, and work in an Agile/DevOps team. Provide on-call support, use containerization (Docker) where applicable, and communicate with stakeholders while working independently or collaboratively.

Lead and manage test automation programs and stakeholders across onsite-offshore teams. Design and maintain Selenium/Appium/Protractor frameworks using core Java, define test strategies, plan resources/risks, oversee test execution and reporting, and ensure delivery quality in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Provide production support and technical solutions for enterprise applications: scripting (PL/SQL, Shell, Perl), Oracle DB administration, AutoSys/JIL job scheduling, Java/J2EE (Struts, Spring) application support, WebLogic domain configuration, UNIX commands, and production deployment planning. Understand Commercial Cards domain and assist with deployments and troubleshooting.

Manage all aspects of large-scale retail deployment projects: plans, schedule, budget, resources, processes, vendor relations, risk/issues, and multiple rollouts. Provide technical leadership, design pilots, review deliverables, report status, and use PM tools/methodology.

Develop and maintain Java (J2EE) web applications using Spring MVC and front-end frameworks (AngularJS/Backbone). Implement SOAP/REST services, HTML5/JavaScript interfaces, deploy and configure apps on Tomcat/Apache, use CI/CD tooling (Maven, Git, Jenkins), write automated tests (jUnit, Cucumber), and work with relational and NoSQL databases. Collaborate in Agile teams and follow secure software development practices.

Manage multiple Salesforce-related projects across time zones, align stakeholder needs to strategy, drive exploratory Agile initiatives, escalate issues, and communicate effectively. Provide independent project leadership and use common office and collaboration tools.

Provide technical leadership and architecture design for enterprise clients, perform design reviews, go-live tuning, and deployments. Maintain hands-on expertise in XAP/In-Memory Computing, support pre/post-sales workshops and implementations, and collaborate with sales, product management, and customers. Specialization in Java back-end enterprise development required.

Design and maintain automation test strategy and scripts (Selenium, UFT, SoapUI). Identify automation scope, perform feasibility, define roadmap, coordinate offshore/onsite teams, review artifacts, work in Agile, report metrics, and liaise with stakeholders. Insurance domain experience preferred.

Manage and coordinate incident lifecycle for production systems: identify, triage, resolve incidents within SLAs, perform root-cause analysis for high-severity incidents, interface with operations and engineering, support Unix/Linux environments, use monitoring tools, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations including weekends and holidays.
