Oversee budgeting, planning, and execution of multiple inter-related IT projects. Coordinate cross-project dependencies, ensure objectives are met on time and within budget, maintain client relationships, apply SDLC and PMO best practices, and use PM tools (MS Project, Visio, Gantt).

Develop and maintain SAP ABAP WebDynpro applications. Perform advanced ABAP coding (ABAP Objects), ALE/IDOC integration, participate in SDLC, design and architecture reviews, and collaborate in global delivery teams.

Lead and manage the implementation of the Everbridge mass communication tool for the hospital. Track project progress, engage stakeholders at all levels, drive organizational change, coordinate with IT, and ensure timely delivery of alerts and communications.

Implement and administer Moogsoft AIOps event-correlation tool, perform Linux administration and scripting, manage MySQL data, maintain performance baselines, design and implement system interfaces, remediate incidents, apply upgrades/patches, ensure data feeds and dashboards function, and provide cross-team operational support.

Provide SAP CRM functional consulting: configure CRM module, maintain SAP organizational model, design SAP CRM architecture, lead and coordinate projects, perform data analysis, and support ERP-related functional processes. Experience with Child Support business processes, CAMS, and HP ALM preferred.
