Manage full-cycle recruitment: partner with hiring managers, source candidates via postings, social media and referrals, conduct phone/virtual/in-person interviews, schedule and coordinate interviews, maintain ATS and recruitment metrics, build relationships with schools and job fairs, ensure compliance with employment laws, and assist with onboarding and orientation.
