Entry-level role supporting an independent insurance agency: greet clients, perform administrative tasks, update CRM, manage documents, assist Account Managers with certificates and ID cards, learn insurance lines, and pursue licensing and professional development.

Develop and execute personal-lines sales strategies to meet targets by generating leads, conducting needs assessments, delivering insurance proposals, and maintaining client relationships. Collaborate with underwriters and internal teams, maintain CRM records, ensure confidentiality, and pursue continuing education and professional development.
