Senior .NET programmer responsible for full lifecycle application development (60%), maintaining and improving existing applications (30%), and other tasks (10%). Requires integration experience (BizTalk or Rhapsody/HL7), .NET/C#/ASP.NET, JavaScript/jQuery, MVC/WebForms, Oracle databases, T-SQL/PL-SQL, and Windows Server environments.

Design, develop, modify and maintain BizTalk-integrated applications. Analyze system needs and problems; prepare system programs, specifications, documentation, manuals, diagrams, reports, and forms. Work onsite in Phoenix and comply with background and MVR requirements.

Design, develop, test, debug and maintain .NET web applications. Produce SDM technical documents, unit test, prepare estimates and schedules, interface with users, and provide project status reporting.

Provide senior-level Active Directory design, implementation, migration, consolidation, and administration. Manage Windows servers, AD trusts, replication, FSMO roles, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, certificate services, and troubleshoot directory replication. Work with PowerShell, FIM identity management, IIS/Exchange/Lync, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), server monitoring, and follow ITIL change/service/incident processes.

Manage onsite network and endpoint installation, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, mitigation/strategic plans, and maintain network documentation. Responsible for servers, security, email, file/print, web, database, and endpoint hardware/software support.

Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and cases from business requirements; maintain test environments (Unit, System, UAT); track timelines, defects, KPIs, and change control; support UAT and collaborate with cross-functional teams; develop QA processes, policies, and best-practice libraries.

Maintain and support web-deployed Oracle Forms and Reports applications; troubleshoot production issues; develop SQL/PLSQL for analysis and cleanup; collaborate with analysts, QA, PMs, and release coordinator; document work in JIRA and track code with SVN.

Work with end users to develop reports using T-SQL and SSRS, move data into cubes and troubleshoot issues, and build Tableau reports on request. Use C#/.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server, SSMS, TFS, and Windows Server in an onsite Phoenix role.

Designs, codes, tests and debugs web business applications using the .NET stack. Creates SDM technical documents, translates requirements into programs, prepares test data and unit tests, estimates project timelines/costs, interfaces with users, and provides project status reporting.

Elicit and analyze business and functional requirements, produce BRDs/FRDs and use cases, design GUI/screens, collaborate with stakeholders and developers, and support SDLC projects using .NET technologies.
