Part-time onsite role (up to 20 hrs/week) to update website content on a Drupal public site and an .ASPX intranet. Must have intermediate HTML/CSS skills, work office hours (8am–5pm), be local to Phoenix, clear background check, and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Design, code, test, debug and maintain web applications using full SDLC. Create technical documentation, unit test data, and status reports. Estimate, plan and manage development tasks and interface with users for enhancements and problem resolution.

Design, code, test, debug, and maintain web applications using C#/.NET and web services. Prepare SDM technical documents, perform unit testing, analyze automation requests, estimate project schedules and costs, and communicate status with users and stakeholders.

Prepare SDM documentation (SOW, BRS, FS, Test Plan), develop and execute test plans and cases, document and track defects, and define QA processes and procedures.
