Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and cases from business requirements; maintain test environments (Unit, System, UAT); track timelines, defects, KPIs, and change control; support UAT and collaborate with cross-functional teams; develop QA processes, policies, and best-practice libraries.

Maintain and support web-deployed Oracle Forms and Reports applications; troubleshoot production issues; develop SQL/PLSQL for analysis and cleanup; collaborate with analysts, QA, PMs, and release coordinator; document work in JIRA and track code with SVN.

Lead and manage IT projects (mainframe, client-server, web) through full SDLC: planning, requirements, analysis, design, coding oversight, testing, documentation, training, implementation, support, budget and procurement management.
