Serve as first-point escalation for technical and process issues in managed security services. Provide SME support, incident RCA, crisis management, change coordination, trend analysis to reduce incidents, hardware troubleshooting, vendor coordination, and prepare status reports. Lead small engineering teams to plan, track, and deliver software and hardware-integrated experiences (HoloLens/gaming). Create sprint plans, manage tasks and schedules, coordinate cross-functional groups, run bug triage, remove blockers, and align short-term work to long-term product goals.

Lead mobile architecture and technical quality for internal and external apps. Provide technical leadership, design oversight, development guidance, testing and support, mentor mobile engineers, ensure UI/UX standards, and integrate mobile apps with middle-tier/web systems (.NET, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript).

Install, configure, operate, and maintain cloud-based infrastructure. Maintain version control, configuration management (Ansible/Puppet/Chef/Salt), CI/CD systems (Jenkins/Bamboo/TeamCity), virtualization and container tech (VMware, Vagrant, Docker), and perform Linux administration and scripting (Shell/Python).

Lead adoption and architecture of AWS and Azure cloud environments. Develop and execute test plans and end-to-end test cases for button firmware and backend services. Test connected devices and IoT stacks, validate device firmware and cloud integrations. Exercise networking concepts (IPC, sockets) and system calls across Unix/Linux variants. Work with AWS and embedded software design as needed.

Design and build scalable, reliable backend systems and reactive REST microservices. Translate requirements into architecture, implement high-performance code, work with databases, distributed algorithms, event-driven systems, and DevOps/tooling for deployment and monitoring. Collaborate across teams to drive production-ready solutions.
