Lead and coordinate proposal and qualifications packages for AEC clients, translate technical information into persuasive narratives, produce polished InDesign documents, manage compliance and schedules, maintain reusable content libraries, and collaborate with principals and technical teams to win public- and private-sector work in Florida and the Southeast.

Provide administrative support to Operations and Administration Managers by performing data entry, managing electronic filing, answering emails, preparing documents/reports/spreadsheets, scheduling, coordinating office tasks, and maintaining confidentiality. Support daily office operations and complete other duties as assigned.

Lead building envelope field investigations, assessments, analysis and design for new, historic, and renovated buildings. Prepare feasibility studies, construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates. Oversee bidding and construction administration, coordinate with clients and contractors, direct testing, manage budgets and billing, and support proposals and business development.
