Provide desktop and network technical support, troubleshoot software and systems, manage tickets via HelpMe (BMS), escalate complex issues, assist L1 staff, and maintain IT infrastructure using Windows Server, Intune, SCCM, VPN, and networking technologies.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable including invoicing, payment processing, collections, account reconciliation, and month-end close support. Serve as deal administrator reviewing sales deals, contracts, and quotes for accuracy and audit compliance. Share incoming call duties and prioritize organizational tasks to meet deadlines.
