Manage full-cycle accounting and office operations for an electrical contractor, including percentage-of-completion (POC) job costing, progress billings, payroll support, financial reporting, and coordinating a migration from QuickBooks to Jonas Construction Software. Provide office administration, HR recordkeeping, onboarding support, and act as a systems resource during and after the accounting platform transition.

Provide desktop and network technical support, troubleshoot software and systems, manage tickets via HelpMe (BMS), escalate complex issues, assist L1 staff, and maintain IT infrastructure using Windows Server, Intune, SCCM, VPN, and networking technologies.
