Manage full-cycle recruiting for the Power Service & Automation division: partner with leaders, source active and passive candidates, maintain pipelines, represent employer brand at events, track recruiting metrics, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience to support hiring goals.

Design, analyze, and optimize electrical system designs and project deliverables for construction readiness. Support design, procurement, and construction through drawing/spec review, RFIs, submittals, material takeoffs, site coordination, code compliance (NEC), and cross-team collaboration to ensure projects meet schedules and standards.

Provide administrative and operational coordination for energy construction projects: manage project documentation (RFIs, safety reports, closeouts), attend and document meetings, update schedules, track changes and financial items, support safety audits and preconstruction/handoff processes, and maintain field-office communication to keep projects on schedule and compliant.

Coordinate project activities by attending meetings, reviewing contracts, extracting scope, drafting change requests in Viewpoint, creating and managing projects in Procore/Viewpoint, and communicating with vendors and procurement to support project delivery.

Create and maintain electrical design and construction drawings for renewable energy projects. Produce 2D/3D models, wire routing, material takeoffs, conduit/conductor schedules, and constructible installation details. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams, validate quantities, resolve design conflicts, and support as-built documentation and field clarifications.

Lead full lifecycle industrial automation projects (PLC/HMI/SCADA) from kickoff through commissioning. Translate customer requirements into scopes and plans, coordinate engineering/procurement/subcontractors, manage budgets, schedules, risks, and change orders, and maintain customer relationships while ensuring quality, safety, and on-site commissioning as needed.
