Lead industrial automation projects from design through commissioning. Develop and document PLC, HMI, and SCADA programs; design control panels and networks; specify field devices; interpret process documentation; configure industrial communications and equipment; troubleshoot systems; support field technicians; and collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires occasional extended-hours start-ups and travel up to 30%, primarily for local or regional projects.

Provides executive oversight across multiple specialty contracting projects, visiting job sites to address safety, productivity, and quality issues. The role supports project planning, performance metrics, client relationships, budgeting, documentation review, and operational execution. It collaborates with project managers, field teams, clients, and senior leadership to remove barriers, improve performance, and align field operations with company strategy. Regular job-site travel and hands-on field assessment are required.

Develops and maintains electrical design drawings, 2D and 3D models, installation details, wire routing plans, schedules, takeoffs, and construction documents for renewable energy projects. Coordinates deliverables with engineering, procurement, project management, and field teams; validates quantities, resolves design conflicts, supports as-built documentation, and improves drafting standards. The role requires electrical drafting experience, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Revit, and understanding of construction drawings.
