Provide document-control and administrative support to Project Management for commercial/industrial construction projects. Coordinate onboarding, badging, HR, payroll, safety, recruiting, vendor/subcontractor communications, assist with budgets and time coding for billing, compile project data, and act as primary contact for project stakeholders. Perform jobsite inspections and support field operations as needed.

Manage and maintain integrated construction schedules for mission-critical facility new-builds and retrofits. Develop, update, and analyze Primavera P6 schedules, produce look-aheads and Tableau reports, perform critical path and schedule risk/probabilistic analysis, coordinate inputs from stakeholders/contractors, monitor schedule performance, and communicate issues and corrective actions to clients and project teams.
