The Assistant Director supports the Head of School by leading daily school operations, strengthening campus culture, coordinating community outreach, conducting family tours, managing enrollment leads through a CRM, and overseeing billing, supplies, maintenance scheduling, and parent communication. The role requires early childhood leadership experience, strong organization and communication skills, computer proficiency, initiative, and director qualification. Montessori knowledge, preschool administration, Salesforce or CRM experience, billing software familiarity, and local community knowledge are preferred.
