Serve as lead transactional counsel for Integrity Life & Annuities, advising executive teams on corporate, regulatory, reorganization and commercial matters; review and negotiate transactions; support advisor/client transitions; collaborate with compliance and stakeholders to manage risk, processes and strategic objectives.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable, support accounts receivable, perform month-end close tasks and reconciliations, handle 1099 administration, maintain audit-ready records, and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer phones, greet clients, schedule and manage appointments, enter and verify client data in CRM, assist with paperwork for insurance products, fax/email applications, maintain records and waiting area, and support agents with meeting prep and policy services.

Provide commercial and transactional legal support for Integrity Wealth, negotiating and drafting transaction documents, advising on advisor/client transitions, coordinating with compliance and regulatory teams, overseeing external counsel and E&O insurance, and assisting with dispute, arbitration, and litigation management.

Lead accounting and financial operations improvements by designing automation and AI agent solutions, integrating accounting systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting, and advising finance leadership on AI governance and system implementations.

Ensure contracting data in the company CRM is accurate by entering, updating, and correcting records via manual entry and imports. Coordinate with carriers, internal teams, and department leads to validate contract and payee information, follow workflows, communicate updates, and suggest process improvements.

Lead and optimize advisor recruiting, onboarding, and transition processes. Own CRM data integrity, reporting, and dashboards. Coordinate cross-functional teams, document SOPs, manage pipelines, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement to shorten onboarding cycles and improve advisor experience.

Support advisors and teams by curating training resources, facilitating onboarding, coordinating in-person and virtual events, driving firmwide engagement, and partnering with Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Field Leadership to align learning with firm priorities.

Lead enterprise compensation and benefits strategy, design, and execution. Oversee pay structures, incentive programs, benefits administration, compliance, analytics, HRIS data integrity, and a team delivering compensation operations, benchmarking, and stakeholder partnerships.

Provide proactive, high-level back-office support to Core and Key insurance agent accounts. Serve as liaison between accounts, internal teams and carriers, resolve escalations, maintain detailed case notes in IntegrityCONNECT, prioritize and close requests promptly, assist leadership with coverage planning, and participate in account calls and meetings to ensure account satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
