Own day-to-day execution of consumer-facing marketing programs across e-commerce fulfillment, trade show planning/execution, and consumer relations. Manage fulfillment team, track KPIs, coordinate event logistics and budgets, develop sales collateral, capture leads, and handle consumer inquiries and escalations to improve product and marketing outcomes.

Drive profitable sales growth and distribution across GA, AL, MS, and the Florida Panhandle by managing distributor and account relationships, identifying new business, executing strategic plans with Sales/Marketing, tracking activity in CRM, supporting customer issues, analyzing market trends, and representing the company at trade shows and meetings.

Partner with plant and executive leadership to drive plant-level EBITDA and operational performance through budgeting, forecasting, variance and scenario analysis, financial modeling, KPI dashboards, cost-reduction initiatives, and supporting monthly close and capital project evaluation.
