Make outbound/inbound calls to past owners to generate sales and upgrades, re-engage canceled owners, manage a 45-day sales cycle with follow-up, present Westgate products, meet daily call and volume targets, document interactions, and follow company policies while partnering with the Telesales Team Lead.

Provide administrative support for in-house and exchanger tours: receive, track, and distribute arrival notices; handle customer service inquiries; run reports; manage office supplies; process deals and payments; coordinate with HR/payroll and Sales Support Director; maintain filing and closing procedures for tours.
