Manage a portfolio of major gift prospects ($50,000+), develop and execute strategic fundraising and engagement plans, collaborate with academic and foundation partners, prepare proposals and stewardship materials, track activity in Salesforce, and meet fundraising and contact metrics supporting the Supply Chain Futures initiative and other school priorities.

Lead development and execution of a global engagement strategy for alumni, learners, and donors; manage a small team and volunteer network; align engagement with fundraising through campaigns, stewardship, and digital initiatives (including AI); build partnerships across Thunderbird, ASU, and global centers; create metrics and dashboards to track engagement and support senior leadership and major donor efforts.

Conduct prospect research and wealth assessments to identify and qualify donor prospects, maintain and analyze donor database records, collaborate with development staff to inform engagement strategies, prepare reports and presentations, and support fundraising initiatives and training.

Process, record, and reconcile individual and corporate gifts and pledges in donor systems (Salesforce, Affinaquest). Maintain and update donor demographic data, upload supporting documentation, ensure data integrity, respond to internal/external inquiries, protect confidential information, participate in system testing, develop knowledge articles, and provide cross-coverage and collaboration with finance teams.
