Leads investment data operations, governance, production support, and business analysis. Manages Investment Data Stewards and Business Analysts, oversees data quality and controls, resolves production issues, translates stakeholder needs into requirements, supports technology implementations and UAT, and coordinates with Investments, IT, vendors, and enterprise partners. Promotes accurate, timely, and effectively governed investment data across systems, reporting platforms, and operational processes.

Leads development, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and operational support for critical investment systems and data platforms. Builds complex Python, SQL, and PowerShell solutions; optimizes Snowflake data transformations; manages platform stability, monitoring, recovery, governance, security, and documentation. Serves as a technical liaison to investment stakeholders and vendors, owns major projects, troubleshoots incidents, defines scalable solutions, and mentors junior staff.

Supports the enterprise data governance program through data stewardship, metadata and business glossary maintenance, data quality processes, documentation, stakeholder coordination, compliance support, and process improvement. The role helps document data definitions, lineage, ownership, risks, and controls; coordinates governance forums; develops training materials; and supports data governance tools, analytics platforms, and modernization initiatives.
