Lead electrical design and project oversight across planning, design, and construction phases. Perform power distribution, lighting, grounding, load calculations, one-line diagrams, equipment selection, specifications, and QA/QC. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and other disciplines. Design and prepare electrical power distribution, lighting, grounding, and construction documents. Perform engineering calculations and analyses, coordinate with project teams, manage multiple projects, and ensure code-compliant designs for commercial, higher education, and healthcare facilities.

Lead mechanical design and project management for HVAC systems, perform load calculations (Trace/HAP), develop air/water flow and equipment selections, review designs, coordinate disciplines, manage staff, interface with clients/vendors/contractors, support business development and QA/QC.

Manage and perform roadway/highway design for ODOT-type projects including alignments, drainage, MOT, typical/cross sections, and pavement marking/signing. Oversee junior engineers, coordinate with clients and subconsultants, perform periodic field observation, and respond to construction RFIs. Ensure designs follow AASHTO and ODOT criteria and maintain quality and schedule.

Lead roadway discipline for transportation projects, manage plan development and production, coordinate multi-discipline design, oversee QA/QC and risk, mentor staff, and stamp plans as Engineer of Record when required.

Support proposal-driven business development and firmwide marketing by coordinating RFQ/RFP inputs, maintaining marketing content and databases, creating written and graphic materials, managing social media and PR, supporting events and presentations, and coordinating photography and collateral production.
