Provide senior network architecture and security infrastructure expertise for DFAS enclaves. Maintain and support UNIX mission servers (Solaris/Red Hat/Trusted Solaris), manage user accounts and policies, perform backups/recovery, apply OS and application patches, prepare systems for security accreditation, troubleshoot Tier 2 issues, implement scripts to automate tasks, and support security managers and government personnel with ISR applications like SecureView, UNICORN, ISSE Guard, IPL, and TMAN.

Provide senior platform engineering and architecture for DFAS CCE NIPRNet unclassified enclave, lead cloud/hybrid migrations, develop 5-year roadmap, support change control and Tier 3 ticket resolution, implement Zero Trust and IPv6, and optimize infrastructure for cost, security, and performance.

Lead development and implementation of Power Platform solutions (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate). Act as Power BI SME covering architecture, data modeling, security (RLS/OLS), workspace management, DAX optimization, and advanced reporting. Build workflows and apps to automate processes, troubleshoot performance and refresh issues, collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure scalable, secure deployments aligned with DoD requirements.
