Design, engineer, and support enterprise endpoint management across physical, virtual, mobile, and cloud platforms. Architect and maintain MECM/Intune/Azure AD based solutions, ensure DISA STIG/NIST/IAVM compliance, perform endpoint vulnerability assessments, modernize desktop images and task sequences, automate application lifecycle management, and migrate legacy MDM to cloud/SaaS solutions while maintaining secure mobile services.

Manage and optimize Active Directory/Windows Domain Controllers and Trellix/McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator in DoD environments. Design, deploy, and maintain ePO, Policy Auditor, GPOs, and policy distribution while ensuring DISA STIG, DoD ICAM, and DoDI compliance. Provide site admin support, performance monitoring, scripting automation (PowerShell), vulnerability mapping, and integration with SIEM and compliance reporting.

Provide 2nd/3rd level on-site support, troubleshooting, installation, upgrades, monitoring, and maintenance of Cisco Unified Communications/VoIP systems on classified and unclassified networks. Perform testing, integration, documentation, trend analysis, and customer monitoring using network monitoring tools.

Provide high-level LAN/WLAN/WAN design, installation, configuration, management, and troubleshooting for DoD/DHA networks in Europe. Lead network issue resolution, enforce standards, configure security devices, use tools like SolarWinds/Ansible, and liaise with government and contractors to ensure mission support and optimal performance.

Lead DoD IT infrastructure projects in Indianapolis: develop and maintain PMPs, manage schedules and WBS, enforce change management and configuration control, ensure RMF compliance, produce executive and monthly status reports, coordinate government teams, track performance metrics, and maintain staffing coverage.

Provide strategic network architecture leadership for DHS HSEN and LAN-A environments, driving consolidation, cloud adoption, security engineering, capacity planning, documentation, and Tier III/IV operational support across enterprise-scale networks.

Serve as the alternate/secondary program manager providing day-to-day operational oversight of contractor teams supporting DFAS Common Computing Environment. Act with full authority when the primary PM is absent, manage schedules, deliverables, risk, quality, workforce onboarding and certifications, coordinate change management, support transition and COOP/emergency response, and report performance metrics to Government stakeholders.

Provide senior information assurance support for DFAS CCE NIPRNet enclave, perform DoD RMF and FISMA security assessments, create and maintain RMF/A&A documentation, support FISCAM and internal audits, validate IT general controls, manage POA&Ms, and support DSN SNAP and eMASS submissions to obtain and sustain ATO.
