Conduct market and competitive analysis, develop campaigns and sales enablement, support launches, events, and customer engagements, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate technical capabilities into mission-focused value for defense and government customers.

Design and support advanced autonomous surface vessels from concept through production. Perform hull form, hydrostatics, stability, powering, structural, and systems analyses. Lead end-to-end development of high-performance unmanned surface vessels, integrating industrial design, mechanical and controls engineering, manufacturing, and digital systems. Own product strategy, multidisciplinary execution, program management, production integration, tooling/vendor management, systems integration, field support, and CAD/PLM/BOM digital transformation.

Lead end-to-end payload integration for Blue Ops USV variants: design, install, test, and validate ISR, comms, weapons, C-UAS, and allied payloads. Serve as technical liaison to vendors, author ICDs and integration/test plans, resolve subsystem conflicts, manage configuration and documentation, and support dockside/at-sea demonstrations and compliance with MIL-STDs and export controls.
