Build and lead Hypercore’s global Customer Success organization owning post-sale lifecycle: onboarding, long enterprise implementations, adoption, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy. Align Sales, Product, and Engineering, establish processes and KPIs, drive net revenue retention, and build executive relationships to influence product direction.

Own enterprise implementations of an LMS from contract to go-live: lead client onboarding, manage data migrations and configuration, resolve loan-level reconciliation issues, coordinate with Product and Engineering on edge cases, and run project timelines while keeping senior stakeholders aligned.

Lead demand generation across paid and organic channels, develop SEO and content strategies, craft product positioning and messaging, coordinate cross-functional campaign execution, and analyze pipeline and attribution to optimize marketing performance.
