Coordinate daily outbound shipments for foodservice and retail: create loads, schedule and track carriers, manage local fleet and third-party carriers, communicate with Sales/Production/Warehouse, resolve transportation issues, maintain shipment records and PODs, and support after-hours coverage as needed.
