Manage day-to-day operations of commercial mechanical construction projects (HVAC/plumbing). Coordinate kickoff, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, change proposals, billing, QA/QC, safety, vendor orders, BIM coordination, close-out documentation, and mentor project engineers while ensuring on-time delivery and contract compliance.

Lead mechanical construction projects (commercial HVAC/plumbing). Oversee daily operations, scheduling, submittals, RFIs, change proposals, billing, QA/QC, shop and site coordination, close-outs, and mentor project engineers.

Provide on-site, remote, and phone-based IT support for employees: troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and wireless; manage accounts in Active Directory and Office365; deploy and image devices; triage and route tickets; perform device setup, moves, and inventory; respond to after-hours emergencies and occasional travel.

Manage day-to-day operations of assigned commercial mechanical construction projects including kickoffs, scheduling, submittals, change proposals, billing, RFIs, QA/QC, coordination with field, BIM, purchasing, and close-out activities. Mentor project engineers and ensure safety, schedule, and budget compliance.

Rotate through manufacturing and field departments to learn ductwork fabrication and installation. Assist the Project Manager with project coordination, schedules, budgets, document control, data entry, status reporting, vendor/client relations, and compliance with specifications and quality standards.

Support the Project Manager in coordinating commercial HVAC/plumbing projects from inception to completion: track schedule, budget, documentation, databases, compliance, vendor/client communication, and daily operations while learning industry practices.

Support deployment of VDC/BIM initiatives on large-capital projects: establish execution strategies, manage VDC workflows, perform clash detection and detailing for MEP systems, review trade partner BIM qualifications, and uphold WAY's VDC standards and deliverables.

Manage day-to-day operations of commercial HVAC/plumbing construction projects. Coordinate estimating, field, shop, BIM, vendors, and schedules; handle submittals, RFIs, change proposals, billing, QA/QC, safety, closeouts, and mentor project engineers.
