Leads engineering, R&D, NPI, and sustaining engineering for screen and shade products. Owns multidisciplinary electrical, controls, firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teams; motor systems, controllers, embedded electronics, requirements, design reviews, manufacturing readiness, configuration management, budgets, and technical support. This hands-on player-coach role drives product architecture, validation, industrialization, cost improvement, production issue resolution, and lifecycle ownership.
