Own and execute Thea Energys marketing and brand strategy: social media, content calendar, creative production, web presence, events, PR, and performance analytics. Translate complex fusion science into accessible narratives and manage vendors to build consistent brand identity.

Design, build, and test high-temperature superconducting (HTS) magnets. Develop specifications, run multiphysics simulations, create design tools and analysis software, support manufacturing and vendor collaboration, implement tooling, execute magnet testing, and report progress against program milestones.

Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, operational, and leadership roles; build sourcing pipelines; manage ATS (Lever) enhancements; create interviewing frameworks, playbooks, and manager training; run university and intern recruiting; coordinate on-site interviews and reporting to Head of People to improve hiring processes and metrics.

Lead and grow a multidisciplinary CID engineering team to define architecture, select technologies, oversee integration, and deliver control, instrumentation, diagnostics, and safety/interlock systems. Own requirements, design reviews, procurement interfaces, verification, and installation support while ensuring deterministic real‑time behavior, fault handling, and high reliability for large scientific facilities.
