Develop and maintain enterprise AEM Sites and Assets solutions, build OSGi services and Sling models, implement headless/hybrid delivery with Content Fragments and GraphQL, create HTL front-ends, build CI/CD pipelines, optimize performance and Dispatcher, integrate with Adobe Experience Cloud and external systems, and support production troubleshooting and authoring experience improvements.

Design and govern end-to-end Salesforce integration architectures using Salesforce-native features and enterprise iPaaS. Define API strategy, data synchronization, security/OAuth patterns, error handling, and performance approaches. Lead design reviews, mentor engineers, produce architecture artifacts, and collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable integrations.

Lead design, governance, and long-term evolution of the ServiceNow platform across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, and custom apps. Define architecture, CMDB strategy, integrations, security/role models, upgrade planning, performance improvements, and reusable workflow patterns. Mentor teams, produce architecture artifacts, coordinate stakeholders, and stay current with ServiceNow roadmap and AI features.
