Build and operate petabyte-scale data systems powering AI training and evaluation. Design ingestion, cleaning, deduplication, dataset versioning and lineage, high-throughput data loaders for GPU training, labeling and human-in-the-loop workflows, storage architecture, privacy controls, observability, and cost/performance optimizations while collaborating with ML researchers and documenting operational procedures.

Optimize end-to-end AI training and inference pipelines for throughput, latency, and cost. Profile bottlenecks across data, compute, communication, and memory; implement quantization, sparsity, pruning, and KV cache improvements; tune distributed training (tensor/pipeline parallelism, FSDP/ZeRO); apply compiler/kernel optimizations (Triton, XLA, TVM); build benchmarks and regression suites; evaluate hardware/software, document playbooks, and mentor engineers to productionize performance gains.

Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/CSM and custom scoped apps. Build flows, integrations, portals, CMDB improvements, reports, and dashboards. Write server/client scripts, develop scoped apps, support upgrades, troubleshoot platform issues, and document standards while collaborating with stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate large-scale distributed backend systems. Architect partitioning, replication, consistency, and resilient APIs. Optimize performance, implement failure-handling patterns, build observability, drive incident response, mentor engineers, partner with SRE/platform teams, and maintain technical documentation and long-term platform strategy.

Design, develop, and deploy enterprise SAP Fiori/UI5 applications. Build and consume OData services, implement reusable UI5 components, configure role-based Fiori Launchpad, integrate with ABAP backends and SAP BTP services, optimize performance and accessibility, perform testing and post-go-live support, and maintain technical documentation.

Design, deploy, and operate cloud networking architectures (VPC/VNet, transit, hybrid connectivity, edge, DNS). Automate with Terraform, secure networks, manage Kubernetes networking, build observability, troubleshoot complex cloud/hybrid issues, optimize network costs, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead cross-team architecture and delivery of large engineering initiatives. Provide technical leadership, mentor senior engineers, improve reliability/scale, run incident response, author RFCs, and contribute hands-on code.
