Manage NetApp, Pure Storage, and Ceph platforms supporting compute, virtualization, databases, and Kubernetes. Ensure performance, data protection, capacity planning, cost optimization, and cross-layer troubleshooting. Develop storage automation using Ansible, Terraform, and REST APIs while integrating storage with VMware and Kubernetes.

Design, develop, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, PECI, and REST/SOAP APIs. Connect Workday with payroll, benefits, IT, finance, and analytics systems; manage transformations, security configurations, error handling, testing, documentation, and production support. Collaborate with business stakeholders on integration design, tenant refreshes, release planning, regression testing, and durable incident fixes while mentoring junior engineers.

Design, build, and operate large-scale Hadoop-based data platforms and pipelines. Develop Spark processing applications, ingest and transform structured and unstructured data, support streaming workloads, and ensure production reliability, performance, and cost efficiency. Work with distributed systems, SQL, relational and NoSQL databases, workflow orchestration, cloud data platforms, lakehouse formats, governance tooling, Kubernetes, and infrastructure automation.

Define and lead enterprise data platform architecture across ingestion, storage, processing, governance, and consumption. Establish standards for data modeling, security, lineage, cataloging, data contracts, high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization. Architect lakehouse, warehouse, and streaming solutions using modern data platforms, guide architecture reviews, partner with ML, BI, and product teams, and mentor data engineers and architects.

Develop and maintain Python-based automation for configuration, deployment, validation, observability, compliance, and change management across multi-vendor enterprise networks. Build Infrastructure as Code with Ansible, Terraform, and Jinja2; integrate network APIs and source-of-truth platforms; create CI/CD pipelines and testing processes; automate telemetry and monitoring; and mentor network engineers on automation best practices.
