Lead and grow the organization’s social media presence across platforms; create and edit copy, graphics, photos, and short-form video; manage content calendar, website updates, and email campaigns; analyze performance metrics; design marketing collateral; support fundraising and cross-department collaboration; attend events and maintain brand consistency.

Lead day-to-day development operations, manage and coach fundraising staff, execute revenue and event strategies, oversee donor pipeline, grants, CRM integrity, and reporting to meet annual and long-term fundraising goals.

Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of senior volunteers for Foster Grandparent and Senior Companion programs. Manage partnerships, volunteer orientation, in-service training, data processes, interviews/surveys for grants, and community presentations. Serve as approving/signing agent for timesheets, reports, and memoranda while following organizational policies.
