Lead planning, design, and execution of greenfield and brownfield critical metal processing plants. Manage EPC/EPCM partners, capital budgets (> $50M), permitting, safety compliance, technical reviews, risk assessments, and scale teams to translate R&D into manufacturable, sustainable, zero-waste production.

Lead design, testing, and deployment of electrical power and instrumentation systems for industrial process equipment. Translate concepts into engineered solutions, produce schematics and documentation, commission and troubleshoot equipment, and mentor early-career engineers to accelerate clean metals production.

Manage and execute accounting and FP&A activities including month/quarter/year close, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow tracking, financial modeling, audit support, project-based accounting for plant construction, and preparing financial materials for fundraising.

Own commercial legal work: draft, review, and negotiate supply, offtake, services, vendor, and partnership agreements; develop templates and playbooks; support sales and project teams; identify and mitigate contractual risks; lead negotiations through execution and advise on pricing, payment, and performance obligations.

Lead corporate financial strategy, capital raising, and risk management. Advise executive team, oversee reporting, controls, audits, and compliance. Build scalable finance systems and a high-performing team to support growth and investor relations.

Build and maintain detailed financial and economic models, conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses, develop forecasts and long-term plans, analyze KPIs, collaborate with business units, and present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and investors to support strategic decision-making.

Support design and deployment of industrial electrical systems: create schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts; specify components; assist installation, checkout, commissioning, and troubleshooting; ensure code compliance and maintain documentation while collaborating with controls, operations, and vendors.

Lead accounting and financial operations: own monthly/quarterly/annual close, manage GL and reconciliations, implement policies and controls, produce audit-ready financials, oversee project-based accounting for plant buildout, run budgeting/forecasting/cash flow models, and support fundraising and diligence.
