Responsibilities include analyzing process chemistry and operating data, troubleshooting with operators, coordinating test work, maintaining mass and energy balances and process documentation, and supporting commissioning and startup. The role focuses on improving recovery, process stability, product quality, and operator guidance through hands-on plant work.
