Originate and structure SBA 7(a) loans by developing external referral partnerships, screening deals for SBA eligibility, preparing analysis and transaction narratives, coordinating internal underwriting and closings, and managing borrower relationships through closing and servicing.

Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI bots on the Kore.ai platform: build dialog workflows, train NLP models, script service nodes, integrate enterprise systems, test and monitor bot performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and improve automation.
