Support GBSD/Sentinel systems engineering: analyze requirements and architectures, develop system requirements and designs, produce technical and architecture documentation, ensure technical integrity, integrate new designs into operations, and collaborate on systems engineering issues.

Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows and custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Atlassian Jira integrations. Build Power Automate flows, Power Apps interfaces, and scripts (Python, JavaScript, Groovy). Integrate systems via REST APIs, ensure secure authentication, document solutions, provide tier-3 support, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes while meeting security and compliance requirements.

Develop, maintain, and test complex software systems for the USAF GBSD/Sentinel program. Implement algorithms, handle large data sets and real-time processing, contribute to system design tradeoffs, use MBSE (SysML/UML), and follow structured, safety-critical development and verification practices.

Research and analyze adversarial threats across intelligence sources, assess likelihood and capabilities, and contribute to profiling adversary behavior for mission systems. Produce analytic reporting leveraging multi-source/technical tradecraft (SIGINT, ELINT, FISINT, OSINT, GEOINT) to inform risk and threat assessments.

Support DoD/IC missions by performing strategic and operational cryptologic cyber planning, coordinating across agencies and external partners, leading collection and analysis activities, and planning/executing cyber operations using processes like JOPES.

Develop and execute cyber exploitation plans, analyze adversary networks and defenses, query and enrich data to produce intelligence, collaborate with government and military teammates, and document and share findings and new tradecraft.

Develop and sustain analytics tools using Python and customer toolset. Apply mathematical, statistical, and computational methods to large, messy national agency datasets, build and validate models, translate mission needs into technical requirements, and communicate complex results to non-technical audiences.

Analyze logs and network telemetry to detect, respond to, and mitigate cyber events. Develop and implement network defense measures across wired, wireless, cloud, and IoT environments. Collaborate with government, military, and contractor teams to produce actionable intelligence, document findings, and advance defensive tradecraft.

Provides executive technical and managerial leadership for enterprise IT and cybersecurity programs. Plans and directs boundary defense, firewall/WAF and proxy administration, defensive cyber operations, contractor oversight, performance management, and stakeholder liaison to secure and improve enterprise network and information systems.

Design, develop, deliver, and operate cryptologic computer science solutions for forensics, attack attribution, network protection, active system operations, and knowledge discovery using advanced computer science theory and tools.
