Analyze SIGINT and network data to detect, categorize, and document malicious activity; perform malware analysis; develop mitigation strategies; focus on network or host-based defenses.

Analyze malicious binaries via static and dynamic techniques to determine functionality, IOCs, and adversary infrastructure. Produce documentation enabling detection, signature creation, and mitigation; overcome anti-analysis techniques to support attribution and defensive actions.

Provide on-site hardware and client software support for users on the network/domain, install and configure IT equipment, apply workstation patches and security fixes, manage email .PSTs and licenses, support deployable communications suites (ECK), and follow AFCENT/SPIN-C directives for equipment handling and configuration.

Support DoD/IC missions by performing strategic and operational cryptologic cyber planning, coordinating across agencies and external partners, leading collection and analysis activities, and planning/executing cyber operations using processes like JOPES.

Develop and implement cryptanalytic algorithms, analyze large-scale datasets using Python and PySpark, work with distributed data processing and high-performance computing to solve cryptographic challenges and strengthen cybersecurity.

Perform offensive and defensive cyber operations including penetration testing, vulnerability analysis, digital forensics, network/system administration, threat hunting, and incident response. Analyze metadata, use SIGINT/agency analytic tools, script and automate tasks, prototype tools, and apply computer science and mathematical techniques across multiple specialties.

Perform static and dynamic analysis of malicious binaries to determine functionality, callbacks, and indicators of compromise. Overcome anti-analysis techniques, document findings, and produce detection signatures and mitigation guidance to support attribution and defensive measures.

Provide Tier 2 systems administration and support: manage user accounts and access, monitor logs and system performance, operate monitoring/analysis tools, troubleshoot platform and infrastructure issues, recommend hardware/software upgrades, maintain system documentation, and produce monthly status reports.

Develop and execute cyber exploitation plans, analyze adversary networks and defenses, query and enrich data to produce intelligence, collaborate with government and military teammates, and document and share findings and new tradecraft.
