Own and modernize Microsoft Intune device management, Windows Autopilot provisioning, and app deployment. Administer cross-platform patching with Automox, correlate vulnerabilities via Rapid7, and support Okta device-trust and conditional access integrations. Automate tasks with PowerShell/Graph API, document runbooks, and partner with IT, security, and engineering to ensure endpoint health, compliance, and lifecycle management.

Serve as SME, mentor junior engineers, maintain runbooks and script library, and support audit/compliance activities.

Lead day-to-day IT operations, Microsoft 365 administration, and cybersecurity for regulated biotech/pharma clients. Hands-on administer Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Defender, SharePoint, Exchange, Teams, OneDrive; manage MSPs; run incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance (GxP) activities; maintain BC/DR and IT policies; mentor IT staff and partner with business leaders to ensure secure, reliable technology operations.

Provide high-touch desktop and end-user support in a predominantly macOS environment for biotech/pharma clients. Troubleshoot hardware, software, access issues; manage onboarding/offboarding, administer macOS via MDM, handle tickets in Jira, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain secure, productive end-user computing.
