Lead architecture and implementation of Levo's core systems: voice AI agents, agentic workflows, matching intelligence, routing, survey pipelines, and analytics. Set technical direction for backend, data models, AI design, deployments, security (SOC 2/HIPAA), and production AI practices. Ship high-leverage systems, mentor engineers, partner with the CEO on roadmap and hiring, and improve developer experience, observability, and reliability for clinical workflows.

Build and ship end-to-end core product features including voice AI agents, agentic workflows, survey pipelines, routing, matching intelligence, and analytics. Own services from design through rollout, implement evals and guardrails for AI systems, engage with customers, and raise engineering standards through mentoring, testing, CI/CD, and observability improvements.

Own full sales cycle into home health, hospice, SNF, and staffing operators: self-source pipeline and outbound, run discovery, demos, negotiation and close, represent Levo at events and in-territory, provide product feedback, and build long-term operator relationships.
