Own full sales cycle, prospect outbound and manage inbound, engage CIO/CTO-level buyers, run MEDDICC/BANT-led qualification, partner with AI Solutions Consultants for technical validation, build ROI narratives, and exceed revenue targets.

Serve as the technical lead in pre-sales and post-sales for enterprise customers: run technical demos and PoCs, advise on architecture, CI/CD, cloud, APIs and integrations, partner with Sales/Product/Engineering, drive adoption and expansion, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.

Provide technical frontline support for Enterprise and Pro users: investigate and reproduce issues, analyze logs/traces, debug code (Python/TypeScript), submit engineering tickets or ship fixes, own escalations, produce documentation and knowledge base, and collaborate with Engineering and Product to improve reliability and agent behavior.
